Jeff Peevy, AMAM I recently was told by a shop owner that he didn't micro-manage his parts management process. Once I went to his place of business I realized it wasn't being managed at all! Managing the parts process well is no small thing and is an important part of the success equation. It may not need micro-managing, but it needs a well-defined process with checks and balances as well as accountability. Check out section three for online course information on the topic of parts management. It would be well worth your time

Daniel Schnepper General Mgr. Butler's Collision Roseville, MI "Through the different AMi courses I have taken, I have learned different ways to handle different customers, learning not all customers are the same. Every customer has different characteristics and needs, learning how to handle all the different customer needs to provide them with a great experience. I implemented great marketing ideas that help sell my business and boost our sales. I have learned how to deal with employees and help them feel needed, wanted and appreciated creating a good friendly work environment." Schnepper has been a student since 2005; he earned the AAM designation in 2016.

Doug McAllister Owner/President Douglas Automotive Barrington, IL "I started my business in 1983 and it quickly outgrew my ability to manage it. I needed some management training and fast! I started taking as many management classes as I could. Management Success, Kelly Bennett, Bottomline Impact, Vin Waterhouse and most recently Elite Pro Service and Jeremy O'Neal. We grew to 2 locations in 1998 and opened our 3rd in 2015, with combined 2017 gross sales of $4.4 million. I am confident none of this would have been possible without the help of all these industry trainers and colleagues along the way." McAllister has been a student since 1999; he earned the AMAM designation in 2018.
