The majority of individuals in our industry fall into an age group that this is a core belief. Today, however, this mindset leaves us feeling we don't have time to train, read articles, watch webinars, or listen to podcasts. We talk about the importance of education to business success, but in reality, we never give it the time, energy or focus to ever get around to it, because it seems to run contrary to hard work. With today's fast pace of change and competitive advantages only lasting months, we must comprehend the bold reality that "learning is only source of a sustainable competitive advantage."
