    “High Octane” Scholarship
    Application Deadline is July 1, 2017 North Richland Hills, Texas, June 15, 2017 — The Automotive Management Institute (AMi) is accepting applications for the $1,000 Arrowhead Automotive Aftermarket “High Octane” Scholarship. AMi in conjunction with Arrowhead Automotive Aftermarket, established the scholarship, which is awarded to an Automotive Service Association (ASA) Mechanical Division member who strives to be, or is presently working in a management capacity. Arrowhead Automotive Aftermarket (formerly known as Automotive Specialty Markets) is now a division of Arrowhead General Insurance Agency and continues as a leader in the automotive business insurance industry, and provides the scholarship program specifically to address the educational needs of automotive service and repair businesses. The scholarship will be applied toward the recipient’s expenses to attend the 2017 NACE Automechanika in Chicago, July 26-29. The industry event offers an educational lineup of AMi seminars, technical training courses and industry sessions, an exposition and the opportunity to network with other automotive service professionals.     North Richland Hills, Texas, June 20, 2016 ­— The Automotive Management Institute (AMi), the industry’s leading provider of management education for automotive collision and mechanical service repair professionals, is proud to announce the launch of the “next generation of AMi.” This includes six new front office and management certificates and professional designations, access to more than 100 relevant online courses, career paths, a new website and a world-class online Learning Management System (LMS).   • AMi Accepting Emil Stanley Merit Award Scholarship Applications Application Deadline is July 1, 2016

    North Richland Hills, Texas, May 3, 2016 — The Automotive Management Institute (AMi) is accepting applications for the 2016 Emil Stanley Merit Award. The scholarship is awarded annually to an individual who works in an Automotive Service Association (ASA) Collision Division member-business and who displays a desire to improve their business skills through management education. The 2016 award marks the 26th year in which AMi and ASA have honored Emil Stanley with this commemorative management-oriented scholarship. The award recipient will receive $1,000 toward expenses to attend the 2016 International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE) in Anaheim, Calif., August 10 - 12. NACE, the world’s largest collision repair event, is sponsored by ASA, and offers a comprehensive lineup of AMi, industry and technical seminars, an exposition with hundreds of diverse exhibiting companies displaying the latest equipment, products and services and technology available to today’s collision repair industry.
