"I started my business in 1983 and it quickly outgrew my ability to manage it. I needed some management training and fast! I started taking as many management classes as I could. Management Success, Kelly Bennett, Bottomline Impact, Vin Waterhouse and most recently Elite Pro Service and Jeremy O'Neal.
We grew to 2 locations in 1998 and opened our 3rd in 2015, with combined 2017 gross sales of $4.4 million. I am confident none of this would have been possible without the help of all these industry trainers and colleagues along the way."
McAllister has been a student since 1999; he earned the AMAM designation in 2018.
