    “High Octane” Scholarship
    Application Deadline is July 1, 2017 North Richland Hills, Texas, June 15, 2017 — The Automotive Management Institute (AMi) is accepting applications for the $1,000 Arrowhead Automotive Aftermarket “High Octane” Scholarship. AMi in conjunction with Arrowhead Automotive Aftermarket, established the scholarship, which is awarded to an Automotive Service Association (ASA) Mechanical Division member who strives to be, or is presently working in a management capacity. Arrowhead Automotive Aftermarket (formerly known as Automotive Specialty Markets) is now a division of Arrowhead General Insurance Agency and continues as a leader in the automotive business insurance industry, and provides the scholarship program specifically to address the educational needs of automotive service and repair businesses. The scholarship will be applied toward the recipient’s expenses to attend the 2017 NACE Automechanika in Chicago, July 26-29. The industry event offers an educational lineup of AMi seminars, technical training courses and industry sessions, an exposition and the opportunity to network with other automotive service professionals.   • AMi Offers Online Enterprise Rent-A-Car ARMS® Automotive Suite Training

  • Automotive Management Institute Honors Class of 2017

    NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, March 27, 2017 — The Automotive Management Institute (AMi), the industry’s leading provider of management education for automotive service and collision repair professionals, held its annual graduation ceremony March 4 at the Overland Park Convention Center in Overland Park, Kan. The ceremony honored the 23nd class of Accredited Automotive Managers (AAMs). The graduating class of 2017 includes 3 automotive service and collision repair professionals who earned the Institute's prestigious AAM designation by successfully completing AMi courses and accumulating a minimum of 120 credits. This year’s event also recognized 40 members of its second graduating class of Accredited Master Automotive Manager (AMAM) designation by successfully completing AMi courses and accumulating a minimum of 180 credits.
