Automotive Aftermarket E-Learning Centre Receives AMI-Approval for Comprehensive Online Course

Bedford, Texas, September 20, 2007 — The Automotive Management Institute (AMI) announces the approval of Automotive Aftermarket E-Learning Centre’s “7 Keys to Building a Successful Service Center” business resource and online course for credit. Modules in the online course include: Managing Your Business – Smarter not Harder, Developing an Effective Business Relationship with the Bank, Developing a Management Operating Statement & Plan for Profit, Develop Valuable Client Relationships, Overhaul Your Current Profitability, Improve and Measure Your Productivity, and Invest in Your Business to Secure Your Future.

Students participating in the 40 hour course and passing online quizzes at the end of each module will earn 80 credits toward the Institute’s Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation.

Developed by Robert Greenwood, the online resource provides independent shop owners and managers with the business skill sets required to measure and manage their business to maximize their net income. The site also provides the necessary business measurement resources that the owner/manager can use daily, weekly and monthly to measure the shop’s progress.
