AMI courses may be sponsored by any automotive service and collision repair industry groups. In the past, AMI workshops have been sponsored by national, state and local groups. AMI courses are offered at ASA national events; industry association or chapter events, including functions for the California Autobody Association (CAA) and Automotive Service Council (ASC). Many local jobbers and warehouse distributors also participate in the efforts to bring education to the industry by sponsoring Institute courses for their customers. The Institute is proud to bring accredited education on a continuous basis to quality industry functions, such as the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE) and the Congress for Automotive Repair and Service (CARS), as well as many other state and local events.
