This course will take an in-depth look at key number usage as a communication and business management tool. The student will learn how key numbers relate to each other and the success of the business, and how to use them to improve communication and results. Time will be devoted to looking at actual key numbers. what they should be, and systems and processes will be introduced that will help attendees immediately implement positive changes in their businesses. Students will learn proven methods for using key numbers to create clear expectations and goals for their business and with their employees.
