This 3-hour training covers the 10 basic Service Advisor/Consultant skills that are needed to be an effective advisor/consultant. We cover what the customer wants and expects from your shop (the "8 Customer Satisfaction Factors"). We also review actual customer testimonials (video) and Service Consultant/Customer interactions and consider the results. The program also has modules on service operations and product knowledge and concludes with a sample 60 questions ASE-style practice exam. Each student will receive a copy of the Motor Age 92-page ASE CO1 self-study guide for further study. The videos and interactive CD programs used in the class can be purchased for future review.
