SMART Money III

SMART Money III, explores the financial side of the collision repair facility. Basic financial terms and concepts are reviewed. Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are taught. The Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet are explained and the importance of each is demonstrated.. Students are taught how to set goals through a P&L analysis and how to take those goals to the shop floor. Business plans and other financial tools are reviewed. Students receive a CD, which includes audio clips of successful shop owners and managers, as well as the popular "KPI Calculator."
