This course teaches students the varied aspects of marketing and how they fit into the overall business plan. Marketing psychographics and demographics are taught and how they are used to create and position advertising pieces for the best results. Ways to measure results will be given and an ad will be created in class to reinforce the topics taught. Students will walk away with a better understanding of what they need to drive the right kind of business to their doors and the best way to accomplish this.

This course identifies the differences between management and leadership. Explore and understand the five stages of an automotive maintenance business. Attendees will evaluate their own businesses and learn what is necessary to take it to the next level and will leave with an understanding of the tools needed to achieve the next level.

Management by Results

This three hour course teaches the role of leadership and management in the company. Briefly covers the importance of finding and hiring good people and discusses methods for doing so. Primary importance will be placed on the role of management and managing high performing employees. Methods will be taught to turn current employees into high performing employees and help managers to achieve business goals. Successful communication methods will be taught to students along with methods to modify employee behavior and successfully deal with the employee(s) that refuse/can't perform up to expectations.
