The MVP Production and Cycle Time Management course is an innovative class that focuses on the production process and the key elements needed to improve production efficiency in a contemporary collision repair center. Students will gain significant insight concerning industry trends impacting production management technology with the goal of improving quality, speed and cost in their business.
