A shop is an environment that is either healthy or unhealthy. The design is the result of how the shop leadership spends their time. There are only two choices - managing growth or managing chaos. This program focuses on removing the chaos and creating an environment where growth is the emphasis. In this workshop participants will learn what makes leadership so challenging, examine what chaos looks like in a shop, what chaos does to a leader and a walk through the six-step proven process for insuring growth is the design. Providing growth or chaos is a choice made each day by those in a leadership role. Once the choice has been made, it is demonstrated by the behavior the leader brings to the environment.
