This course identifies the key components that affect a shop's work flow. Participants will learn how to compute their shop's utilization and their technician proficiency levels. Participants will also learn how to construct an efficient work flow control system using these components. Tools will also be introduced to efficiently manage the process, including forms and worksheets.
