An introductory course to lean manufacturing concepts and how to apply them to the  collision repair facility. We discuss Change Management, the Theory of Constraints, Kaizen, the Hunt for Waste and the value of 5S Organizational Methods. The course includes a tour of a lean manufacturer facility.
