A 2-day course on the key elements of management based on the three principles of the "One Minute Manger" goal setting, praising and reprimands. To improve and professionalize Production Manager's performance by using proven CARSTAR systems. Measurable improvement in the amount, quality and profitability of work produced in the shop will be the outcome of this hands on course. The course centers on the Production Management "Report Card." This 12 point assessment of management disciplines showcases current skill sets possessed by the student as seen by himself as well as one of his peers. Areas of opportunity to excel are reviewed to show potential.
