The intent of this course is to help the auto repair shop owner better understand how to use sound business principles to determine proper pricing structures for their own business. Also discussed will be strategy development to help the business owner remain competitive price-wise in the marketplace, and still maintain the proper revenue to enable the business to survive and prosper over the long term.
