Maximizing Selling Performance
This course covers the steps in the "Road to the Sale." Participants will learn how to properly meet and greet both face-to-face and telephone customers. Skills for developing responses to customer requests for products and services are taught. Participants also learn the components involved in developing an effective sales presentation that will highlight the shop's features, advantages and benefits. This course also explains how to effectively communicate the customer's requests and needs to the technicians, and how to communicate additional needed work to the customer.
