Managing the Service Event
In this course, Charlie will reveal the seven areas that customers notice that
create an image of professionalism or lack of it in your business. Further,
Charlie will detail the eight points of contact with customers that automotive
service centers must manage to be successful. Obviously, the service center must
be able to repair the vehicle properly. Appropriate selling and relationship
management skills are also necessary in order to build long-term customer
relationships.
