Elite Masters Program
The Elite Masters Program was built for professional service advisors. For decades, service advisors at dealerships and independent shops have only been exposed to product training, sales seminars or peer learning environments. Although all serve a purpose, they lack the ongoing personal coaching that is required for effective, result-based career development. The Elite Masters Program is an information-rich program that provides the right resources, the right trainers, the right systems, and the time required to turn your service advisors into Superstars. This unique program starts with rigorous qualifications, intense student preparation and clear performance expectations. The initial three-day workshop, held in San Diego California, is designed to establish the fundamentals of ethics-based sales, and empower your service advisors with the industry-leading procedures and best practices that are required for their success. The three-day curriculum is rich with role-plays, flash-testing, and digital recording that includes telephone training, selling maintenance, diagnostic services, single point repairs, multiple services and repairs, and a whole lot more! We’ll also help your service advisor master customer concerns and the most difficult sales objections, too! In order to assure the success of your “superstar in the making”, each workshop is limited to twelve students, and each of those twelve will be assigned to two teams of six. On the final day of the course all students will be given specific post-course performance goals with deadlines, customized action plans, their very own Performance Journals and all the tools they will need to go to the top! As their employer, you will be provided with your very own post-course action plan, detailed instructions, and a copy of the Key Performance Indicators your service advisors will use to chart their progress. Following the course, and for a period of 9 months, each team will then meet on a weekly basis, via our password protected WebEx site, along with their Elite sales coach. We will use the WebEx meetings to discuss their individual assignments and their weekly performance. By having weekly performance reviews with all six members participating, each student will benefit from the insight and recommendations of the others on his or her team. We will also use this time to reinforce the information shared at the workshop, the students will be able to share their experiences so the others can benefit, and we will help each student in furthering their success. Each month, as the student’s employer, you will be able to participate in one of the WebEx meetings in order to experience this valuable service as well as monitor the performance of your service advisor. You will also receive a conference call each month during which you, Elite, and your service advisor can openly discuss his or her progress and the recommended course of action. Graduates of the Elite Master Program will receive an Elite diploma suitable for framing, they’ll receive AMI accreditation, and without question: They will join the ranks of the Superstars!
