Tim began his career in the collision industry at the young age of 14 working in his family’s shop in Calgary. After earning a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Calgary, Tim earned Canadian Securities accreditation and began working for the Federal Government administering and developing training programs for the automotive industry. He later managed the body shop for a large GM dealer in Calgary and implemented improvements that assisted the dealership earning the National McLean Award for Customer Satisfaction. Tim joined Akzo Nobel in 1994 as a Business Development Manager; specializing in helping body shops implement operational improvements targeted at maximizing profitability.
