Monty is a seasoned veteran of the collision repair industry. Prior to becoming a Services Consultant with Akzo Nobel, Monty held regional and senior management positions with Team 1 Auto Body and Glass, as well as, ABRA Auto Body and Glass. Monty began his collision repair career in a family-owned, third-generation business in 1976 as a body technician. He has served in almost every capacity in a collision repair operation, working for independent shops, new car dealerships and multi-store franchise operations. Monty is based out of Memphis, Tennessee.
