To ensure premium quality in materials and topic customization, the Institute is highly selective about its instructors. AMI instructors are among the most qualified and respected professionals in their fields.
Each instructor specifically tailors every management topic to the automotive service facility environment, giving AMI classroom participants finely tuned information that can be applied directly and immediately for positive results.
To ensure that AMI courses meet the grassroots need for education, AMI instructors regularly meet with and interview automotive service facility owners and managers. These interviews take place at the owner's or manager's business so the instructor gets a firsthand look at the needs of the service professional.
