With 20+ years in the automotive and collision industry, Rick has held a multitude of positions including Refinish Technician and Shop Manager for a large Port of Entry. Since 1997 he has held various positions within Akzo Nobel Coatings Inc. including Account Manager, Technical Instructor, National Training Specialist and, most recently, Services Development Manager. Although he has a strong technical background, Rick specializes in developing and implementing “soft skills” training programs aimed at improving the Marketing, HR, Managerial and Leadership aspects of a business. Rick received a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida, majoring in both Business Management and Marketing. He also holds a certificate degree in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of Georgia.
