Having worked previously with other Fortune 500 companies such as Mobil Oil, PepsiCo and WW Grainger; Mr. Elmore has taught countless classes and provided learning solutions in the areas of sales training, interpersonal relationships, leadership development, diversity, customer service, change management, team effectiveness and problem solving. He received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. He attended Southwestern Seminary in Houston, Texas where he worked on graduate studies towards a Master’s of Divinity. He also holds an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Elmore lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and two sons.
