Bruce Burrow has been in the automotive repair business for over 25 years. He has been ASE certified since 1974, and is currently holding ASE master certified in collision repair. He has been a senior trainer for one of the information providers and has written several training programs for I-CAR Education Foundation. He is currently a certified I-CAR instructor, Automotive Management Institute instructor and independent consultant for the automotive repair industry. Burrow is associated with organizations such as the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Toastmasters International and the National School-to-Work Office.
