Cecil Bullard has spent over 29 years in the Aftermarket Automotive Service Industry and has owned and managed several successful automotive repair businesses. He began his career as a lube tech in his father's business in 1979. He earned his B.S. Degree in Automotive Engineering & Technical Sales from Weber State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. From January 2003 to December 2007 he managed one of the most successful independent repair facilities in the United States helping to raise sales by over 100% and helping them to become a twice recognized "Top Ten Shop" by MotorAge magazine. He is currently a regional coach and seminar presenter for Automotive Training Institute. He is also the Vice-President of Sales and a Co-Founder of QuickTrac Software; a software development company designed to create SaaS solutions for the automotive service industry that improve the net profit of clients 2 to 5 fold. He is an expert in using business models to project results and redesign the business for maximum results. He is also an expert at creating expectations and communicating with employees as well as tracking and understanding key business numbers and designing systems/processes that achieve success. He has extensive training and experience in all aspects of running a successful automotive service business (and owners) to help them achieve success and gain their dreams.
