Ken Brookings has been an active part of the automotive service industry his entire life. His professional passion has been making auto service businesses provide the cash flow, professional dignity and retirement wealth that shop owners deserve. Over 10,000 shop owners have benefited fro Ken’s workshops and business training session over the last 30 years. Although most of his career has been focused on the success of independent shops and small chains, Ken has served as a consultant to the most senior management levels of Firestone, Goodyear, Ford, Hunter Engineering, Vetronix, Snap-on and others. He has published many articles and has been a featured speaker at the industry’s biggest events. Ken has also served on the board of directors of several industry companies. Active in finding product and business solutions for independent auto service facilities, Ken has been instrumental in the invention and development of several important automotive products including shop management software, Internet tools and solutions, diagnostic equipment and vehicle navigation solutions.Ken has been involved with management at the Automotive Training Institute (ATI) for more than 30 years, helping to shape ATI’s incredible system for transforming shops into prosperous, robust businesses.
