The ACDelco Making Money course is a fundamentals class designed to help Independent Automotive service center owners and managers understand how to assess the financial health of the business. Created for owners and managers without a strong financial background, attendees will learn how to use financial instruments such as the Profit and Loss statement, balance sheet and productivity reports to determine profitability, productivity and efficiency of the shop. Fundamentals of how to create a business plan will be discussed.
