Service Center Management II
This course reviews the key areas of "Service Center Management I." Students learn how to change their strategies for working with and selling to people with different personalities than theirs. It also covers OSHA and EPA regulations governing the service center and how to apply them, interviewing candidates by qualifying them for the job versus selling the job, and promoting and advertising your service center.
