The MVP Leadership and Leading Change is a unique course that provides a progressive approach to understanding contemporary collision repair challenges in today's competitive environment. Students will review the major elements that impact leading change in their organizations. Course topics include: Establishing Organizational Values and Goals, Management Styles, Leading Change as a Process, Kotter's 8-steps to Leading Change, Developing a Mission and Strategy, Effective Communication, SMART Action Planning.
