The MVP Green Belt training course is a unique 4.5 day program that provides a progressive approach to operate a contemporary collision repair center in today's complex and competitive environment. Students will review current industry trends and study extensive management principles in order to maximize quality, speed and cost in their business. Course topics include: Strategic Industry Trends, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Principles, Little's Law, Throughput Performance Solutions, 5-S Workplace organization, Repair Planning Processes and Kotter's Leading Organizational Change Model. Students will apply concepts learned during class during a real-world case study application by visiting a local collision repair center.
