Insurance is often considered an aggravation required by banks and other loss payees, as well as by law. For many business owners, the process is reduced to the best bid exercise. This seminar is designed to provide increased knowledge of exposures, risks, government requirements, and insurance and risk management controls that should be considered by the automotive service and repair business owner. The various exposures and coverages that are discussed include pollution liability, and garagekeepers and mechanic's error and omissions. The student will be able to use the knowledge and the tools provided to make an informed decision in purchasing business insurance coverage.
