DRP Contracts: Understanding the Language and Managing the Risks

This workshop will examine specific clauses found in many of the current Direct Repair Program (DRP) contracts and will provide you with a working knowledge of DRP contract language and how it affects your business.

  • Understand the basics of DRP contract language - specifically indemnification, hold-harmless and other important clauses.
  • Become better equipped to make DRP decisions.
  • Learn to manage risks through insurance and negotiations.
