Are You Ready for Total Quality?
"Total Quality Management" are the buzzwords of the year in automotive service, but what do they mean? In this seminar, students learn that implementing total quality management requires hard work, discipline and some tough decisions, but by doing so, you increase sales and profits. This course takes you step-by-step through the nine "total quality" principles. Students audit their automotive service facility and management style to assess their readiness to implement a total quality management system. When students leave this session, they will know what management choices are necessary to turn their service facility into a total quality organization.
